Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

This website, bloorepsychiatry.com, is operated by Suzanne E. Bloore, MD ("I," "me"). This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It applies only to this website – not to the care of patients, which is governed by separate clinical privacy practices and applicable law.

Information You Share With Me

If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to provide. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and are used only to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include detailed personal health information in the contact form – it is intended for general inquiries and is not a secure medical communication channel or part of any medical record.

If you email or call me directly, I receive the information you choose to share. Booking a consultation takes place through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Information Collected Automatically

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are visited and for how long), and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether the practice's advertising is working. These services use cookies and collect information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed. This information is aggregated and does not identify you to me by name. You can read more about how Google collects and processes this data at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

I do not sell personal information, and I do not use the contact form or any information you send me for advertising.

Your Choices

You can browse this website without submitting any personal information. To limit measurement cookies, you can:

Third-Party Services

This website relies on a small number of service providers: Netlify (hosting and contact form), Google (analytics, advertising measurement, fonts, maps, and appointment scheduling), and Psychology Today (profile verification seal). Each processes limited technical data under its own privacy policy. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; I am not responsible for their privacy practices.

Children

While my practice serves children and families, this website is directed to adults, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Emergencies

This website is not monitored for urgent messages. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Changes and Contact

I may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. If you have questions about this policy, contact me at sbloore@bloorepsychiatry.com or (857) 259-5767.
